Wedding Dress Disaster - #ART3872

Dear Weddingtrail.com ,
I recently received my wedding dress and have MANY problems with this dress and I demand that your company rectify this situation urgently, as I did NOT receive the gown I commissioned. I searched hundreds of websites and thousands of dresses before I settled with this one, and I have been taken advantage of. This is unfair and bad business!
First off, the dress does NOT look like the dress on the website. It's a COMPLETELY different dress. Secondly, the dress was rolled into a ball and stuffed into an envelope, totally disheveled and wrinkled when we received it. Thirdly, I asked that the corset tie material be black ONLY (as it usually comes in white) and you made the entire back material black along with the tie. The whole point of the black tie was to see the lacing down the back of the dress. Fourthly, I paid more money for expedited service and this dress was just received (I ordered this dress on May 17!). And to top it off, I asked for a "WHITE" dress and the dress you sent me is "OFF WHITE!" The dress was NOT made to my liking, a different style, the wrong color, AND it was shipped late.
I exchanged MANY emails to the service department so none of this would happen. I was reassured everything would be okay. I was supposed to receive pictures BEFORE the dress was sent out, but again, this never happened. All of these problems could have been avoided if your company upheld its bargain to send me pictures before the dress was sent out. It is unfair to take advantage of the bride before the wedding day, as the dress is one of the MOST important elements on her special day.
When I spoke with the customer service agent, she ("Christy") told me I needed to see the dress before making my decision. I am 100% certain this is NOT the dress I paid for. This seems like a bait-switch-operation and I will not let you take advantage of me. No brides should have to go through this horrible situation. Your company offers "inexpensive wedding gowns for sale, high quality cheapest wedding gowns" however this is misleading, as although the prices are reasonable, the quality is not high. Customer service failed to prevent these problems from occurring and this is not the customer's fault. I trusted your company to uphold the services I paid for, and I am left with wedding dress that is unwearable.
I have already paid for this dress under the agreement that your company make the dress pictured on the website, with only 2 requests: black tie for corset & bustle up train. I was told this would not be a problem. I inquired about these BEFORE purchasing the dress and was reassured everything would be okay. My biggest concern was keeping the aesthetic of the dress the SAME as the one pictured on the model, and the dress I received is a completely different dress.
This is a time sensitive situation and I need to hear back from you as soon as possible. I demand that your company rectify this situation so my wedding day will not be ruined. You cannot falsely take money from your customers and not render the services guaranteed. Please help rectify this situation immediately.
